NCIS’ Star Emily Wickersham Expecting Baby No. 2—Congrats!

Emily Wickersham Announces She’s Expecting Baby No. 2!

Emily Wickersham is thrilled to share that she’s expecting her second child! The NCIS star took to Instagram to reveal the exciting news, posting a series of photos that showcase her growing baby bump. In a playful caption, Wickersham wrote, “Waving down a Taxi for two,” hinting at the arrival of her new baby later this year. Although she hasn’t disclosed a due date, it’s clear she’s well into her pregnancy.

Wickersham, who portrayed Special Agent Eleanor “Ellie” Bishop on NCIS from Seasons 11 through 18, welcomed her first child, a baby boy, with partner James Badge Dale in 2021. Her latest Instagram post features a heartwarming image of her son riding a bike while she skates alongside him, accompanied by the caption, “Childhood simple magic coming full circle.” It’s evident that Wickersham is excited for more family moments and childhood magic with her new addition.

Previously, Wickersham was married to musician Blake Hanley. They divorced in 2018 after eight years of marriage. Wickersham and Dale went public with their relationship in June 2021, sharing a selfie of the couple at a bar. What started as a “friendly” relationship has clearly blossomed into something more significant.

While there were speculations about Wickersham’s return to NCIS in 2023, especially after she changed her hair color to blonde, there have been no confirmed updates about her reprising her role as Ellie Bishop. With the upcoming spinoff featuring Tony and Ziva, there’s always potential for surprises, but for now, Wickersham is focused on her growing family.

Details about the baby’s gender and exact due date remain under wraps, but Wickersham’s joy is palpable, and fans are excited to celebrate this next chapter in her life.
