‘NCIS: Sydney’ Renewed for Season 2 by CBS and Paramount+

CBS and Paramount+ have officially renewed NCIS: Sydney for a second season, following its successful debut last November. The series stars Olivia Swann as NCIS Special Agent Michelle Mackey and showcases a joint task force with the Australian Federal Police tackling cases involving Americans abroad.

Created by Morgan O’Neill, NCIS: Sydney also features Todd Lasance as AFP agent JD Dempsey, Tuuli Narkle as Evie Cooper, and Mavournee Hazel as forensic scientist Blue Gleeson. The show quickly became a critical and streaming hit, ranking as CBS’s top-rated new series last fall with over 8 million viewers per episode across multiple platforms.

O’Neill is eager to explore the characters’ stories further in Season 2, promising even more intense action and new challenges for the team.

The series is part of the expanding NCIS franchise, which includes upcoming spin-offs like a prequel featuring Mark Harmon’s Gibbs and a series reuniting Ziva and DiNozzo.

Catch NCIS: Sydney on CBS in the US and streaming on Paramount+ worldwide.
