Michael Weatherly and Cote de Pablo are back as Tony DiNozzo Jr. and Ziva David in a newly released set image from the upcoming NCIS spinoff, NCIS: Tony & Ziva. This marks the reunion of the fan-favorite characters a decade after their last appearance on the original series.
Weatherly has hinted that the spinoff will delve into their daughter Tali’s emotional journey dealing with the aftermath of Ziva’s faked death. Unlike other NCIS series, NCIS: Tony & Ziva will be available exclusively on Paramount+ and will consist of just 10 episodes.
There is speculation that NCIS Season 22 might include a backdoor pilot for this spinoff, though this has yet to be confirmed.
