Vanessa Ray’s Stunning Story About Treat Williams Revealed!

Treat Williams has tragically passed away following a motorcycle accident near his home in Vermont, CNN reports. The 71-year-old actor was renowned for his roles in Hair, The Late Show, Chicago Fire, Everwood, and Chesapeake Shores, among many others.

Williams was also known for his recurring role as Lenny Ross, the former partner and long-time friend of Frank Reagan (Tom Selleck) on CBS’s Blue Bloods.

In a heartfelt tribute on Instagram, Vanessa Ray, who plays Eddie Janko-Reagan on Blue Bloods, shared her memories of Williams. She posted a photo of the news and wrote, “This is heartbreaking. The first time I worked with Treat on @bluebloods_cbs during a family dinner scene, he discovered I had performed in Hair on Broadway. When I mentioned I was the ‘Frank Mills’ girl, he began singing the song. He knew every word. What an incredibly sharp, kind, and talented artist.”

Williams had frequently shared moments from the Blue Bloods set on Twitter, including a memorable 2021 photo of himself with Tom Selleck. He wrote at the time, “Thanks, Tom Selleck and #BlueBloods. Always a pleasure. Two old pros.”
